Microsoft’s digital assistant Cortana won’t only assist users on PCs and Windows Phones.

The tech giant announced Monday Cortana will be available as an app to owners of iPhones or Android smartphones. The Android version will be available next month, while the iOS version launches later this year.

Microsoft says the app will work as a companion to Cortana on PCs running Windows 10, which launches this summer.

The company it will also launch a separate Phone Companion app to tether a Windows Phone, Android phone or iPhone to any PC running Windows 10, which will be free to upgrade.
