Tryon Edwards said, “Never think that God’s delays are God’s denials. True prayer always receives what it asks, or something better.”
Our prayer motivator passage from the Word of God today is Matthew 14:23 which reads: “And when he [Jesus] had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.”
Our prayer motivator quote today is from Thomas Brooks. He said, “If you would have God hear you when you pray, you must hear him when he speaks. He stops his ears against the prayers of those who stop their ears against his laws.”
Now, if you are listening today, and you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour, the first prayer you need to pray is what we call ‘the sinners prayer.’ John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Just believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead by the power of God for you so that you can live eternally with Him. Pray and ask Him to come into your heart today, and He will. Romans 10:13 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Until next time,
Remember, friend, Pray, Think, Do! God Bless You!
