A North Carolina woman is sitting in jail after it was discovered that she was hiding a handgun in her weave.
We’ve heard of bulletproof weaves before, but Uptown magazinereports that Tiffanie Lizette Bass was using her extensions as a holster!
Cops at Wake County Detention Center were already booking Tiffanie on other charges following her arrest during a nightclub raid when she asked to be excused the bathroom. As soon as she walked out, Sheriff Donnie Harrison said deputies noticed that he head was tipping to one side.
It was at this time that authorities found a .38-caliber handgun tucked into her weave, and a Raleigh Police Department rep said that it was unclear how the firearm had gone unnoticed before.
