Three years ago, after completing four years of preaching nearly every day, Whyte was going to cease preaching every day, travel to Israel and to the Mediterranean, and take a long sabbatical and rest, but while he was making his plans to take that trip, the coronavirus plague that he had predicted for over ten years, hit, and it hit hard on March 10th, 2020. God helped Whyte to immediately recognize that it was the judgment that he had warned the Church, America, and the world about for over ten years at that time, having preached the Gospel and the Word of God and of judgment to come nearly every day for four years straight. Whyte thanks God for the privilege and honor that God chose him to preach His Gospel and His Holy Word now, for over 43 years, even though initially he did not want to do it; But Whyte especially thanks God for raising him up and calling him to be a prophet to the Church, America, and the nations for such a time as this over these past seven years. He is especially thankful for the millions who heard the Gospel preached, the thousands of souls who made a profession of faith in the Lord, and the thousands of Christians who rededicated their lives to the Lord during this time. He is also thankful for the born again-saved ones who listened, took heed to the warnings, and hid themselves from death and destruction. Through this time, God helped Whyte to believe that God does call certain people from the womb to do certain things in the world. Even though Whyte lost many friends and family members who turned against him and even persecuted him and mocked him, spiritually speaking, it was the thrill of his life serving God in this way by His power, especially with the fact that God never allowed his prophecies and words to fall to the ground. Everything Whyte predicted has come to pass and more. He is grateful to God that he was able to announce in January that the sodomite/homosexual-affirming pastors, such as Andy Stanley, his disciple Conway Edwards, and others, have been exposed and defeated, and their much-ballyhooed, homosexual-affirming “silent campaign” did not work. They wanted to do their homosexual-affirming dirt clandestinely and not be seen for who they were. However, God exposed them in January during our first Gospel Light Society International 40-day Daniel Fast of the year. Now everybody sees them for the heretics and false prophets that they are.

He is also thankful to the Lord that after praying and fasting for his wife, Meriqua Whyte, of 35 years, to humble herself and denounce her religious but lost condition and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as her Saviour in a real sense, it came to past at the beginning of the second 40-day Daniel Fast, which we are still on today.

What a way to wrap up seven years of preaching the Gospel and the Word of God nearly every day! The people Whyte wants to thank the Lord the most for helping him to preach almost every day for seven years are his seven children named according to their ages from the oldest to the youngest: Daniella (Danni) Whyte, Daniel Whyte IV, Danita Evangeline Whyte, Danae Mary Louise Whyte, Daniqua Grace Whyte, Danyel Ezekiel Whyte, and Danyelle Elizabeth Breedlove Whyte. Whyte also thanks God for the many others who have supported and stood with him during this trying but glorious time. Whyte would be remiss if he did not thank God for raising up Dr. Tony Evans and the late Dr. Lois Evans, who do not even know Whyte or his family. Yet, God touched their hearts to create ways to stand with Whyte and his family in a major way financially down through the years for nearly twenty years, thus allowing Whyte to continue to preach the Gospel and the Word of God full-time and allowing his family to help him in the ministry down through the years and especially over these past seven years.

Some of you may be asking Daniel Whyte III, what are you going to do now? Well, by the grace of God, Whyte says he will continue to preach the Gospel and the whole counsel of God, but not every day, as he has been warned to slow down because his blood pressure is elevated. Whyte says he feels no ways tired, and he is open to the Lord’s next assignment according to His will. But he says with Paul, “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” So pray for him as he takes a break and gets some much-needed rest after preaching the Gospel and the Word of God and building and battling nearly every day for the past seven years. DAY 21: Trail Mix

Coming up with snack ideas on the Daniel Fast can present quite a challenge, especially when everything you’d normally munch on falls in the “Foods to Avoid” category. One of the tried-and-true recipes for healthy snacking is the classic Trail Mix–a tasty, satisfying snack that will give you energy between meals, help curb your appetite, and give you that mid-morning or mid-afternoon boost.

Trail Mix travels well, too. Just scoop some out into a plastic bag. Take it with you to work, school, or whenever you’re on the road. That way you won’t be tempted to head to the nearest fast food drive-thru when your stomach is growling for a snack.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole raw almonds
1 cup cashew halves & pieces
1 cup walnut halves
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup raw sunflower seed kernels
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix ingredients together, and store in an airtight container for 2 weeks at room temperature or 1 month in refrigerator.
Yield: 12 servings (serving size: about 1/4 cup)

NOTES:

Use as a topping for fresh fruit.
Serve with unsweetened almond milk for a quick breakfast dish.
Other dried fruit options are apricots, bananas, blueberries, dates, or figs.
Add unsweetened coconut flakes.
Substitute raw almonds with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds.
Mix with Gimme More Granola.

DAY 20: Blueberry Mango Sorbet

During the hot summer months, nothing tastes better than fresh or frozen fruit. You’ll love the smooth texture and sweet, refreshing taste of this Daniel Fast Sorbet. This tasty treat certainly hits the spot and is a great mid-afternoon snack or after dinner dessert. Enjoy! Be careful not to eat it too quickly, though, or you’ll get a bad case of brain freeze!

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen mango chunks (1-inch cubes)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix blueberries and mango in a blender until smooth, or feed through a juicer with the blank attachment in place.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: about ½ cup)

NOTES:

To make a swirl or twist effect, alternate 1 cup blueberries and 1 cup mango. If you mix the fruit in one bowl and then feed through juicer, the ice cream will be dark blue in color.
You can find frozen blueberries and mango chunks in the freezer aisle of most supermarkets. To make this recipe using fresh fruit that you freeze yourself, place blueberries and peeled, cubed mango in a single layer on an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet and freeze until firm.
Substitute frozen peaches for the mango.

DAY 19: Grilled Portabello Steaks with Sun-Dried Tomato Tofu

This dish is the closest thing to a real steak dinner that I’ve found when on the Daniel Fast. Although the prep work takes longer than most other recipes on my website, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor when you bite into the meaty texture of the portabello cap.

INGREDIENTS:

4 Portabello mushroom caps

Marinade

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce or soy sauce alternative see Recipe Notes
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (green parts only)
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried crushed rosemary

Sun-Dried Tomato Tofu

8 ounces extra-firm tofu, cut into ½-inch rectangular slices (2 ounces each)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
¼ cup sliced black olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place mushrooms in a glass dish with gills up. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over caps. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes.
While mushrooms marinate, prepare Sun-Dried Tomato Tofu. Place tofu slices in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Top with sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Add basil leaves, parsley, and garlic powder. Let sit at room temperature 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil setting while tofu marinates. Put tofu in the oven and broil for 5-7 minutes. Preheat barbecue grill. When grill is ready, place mushroom caps over heat for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
To serve, place grilled mushroom caps on a plate, top with tofu slices, and drizzle a tablespoon or two of the rosemary marinade over all.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size = 1 mushroom cap and 2 ounces of tofu)

NOTES:

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos is an alternative to soy sauce that has no added salt or preservatives. It’s a certified non-GMO (not genetically modified) liquid protein concentrate, derived from healthy soybeans, that contains 16 essential and non-essential amino acids. Another option is Coconut Aminos
Soy sauce contains wheat (not whole wheat) and sodium benzoate, which is a preservative. Since the goal of the Daniel Fast is to choose foods that God made instead of man-made, chemically processed foods, technically soy sauce is not allowed. However, some people may choose to modify their fast a bit, and that is totally between you and the Lord. Whatever He is leading you to do, do it. If that means eliminating soy sauce for 21 days, great. If not, that’s fine, too.

DAY 18: BLACK-EYED PEAS AND POTATO SOUP

Black-eyed Peas and Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
2 cloves garlic minced
4 cups Vegetable Broth or water see Recipe Notes
1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained
2 cups cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened. Stir in garlic, and cook 1 minute. Add vegetable broth, black-eyed peas, potatoes, parsley, chives, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)

NOTES:

For a chunkier soup with a little more texture, place half in a food processor or blender.
Substitute black-eyed peas with great northern beans, cannellini beans, or navy beans.
If you don’t have time to make your own vegetable broth, you can use a store-brought brand that’s Daniel Fast friendly. I recommend Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock.

DAY 17: PINEAPPLE CITRUS MUFFINS

Muffins, in general, are not a healthy choice for breakfast. They’re usually loaded with saturated fat and sugar, making them extremely high in empty calories that are not beneficial to the body. These muffins, however, contain nothing but nutritious ingredients that are full of flavor. Enjoy a Pineapple Citrus Muffin for breakfast or a quick snack…guilt-free!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup oat flour (see Recipe Notes)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup diced pineapples
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
¼ cup Date Honey
¼ cup flaxseed meal
2 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
½ teaspoon ground ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly rub 8 cups of a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil, and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well to combine. Scoop out mixture into muffin tin cups, allowing about 1/3 cup for each muffin. Bake 20 minutes, or until muffin tops are lightly browned. Serve warm.
Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 muffin)

NOTES:

Make your own oat flour by placing old-fashioned rolled oats in a food processor or blender and process until fine (½ cup old-fashioned oats will yield about ½ cup ground oats).
Spread almond butter or Date Honey on top.
Flaxseed meal is a powder made from ground flaxseeds. It can be found in health food stores and some grocery stores. Instead of buying flaxseed meal, you can also grind whole flaxseeds at home by using a coffee or seed grinder.
The zest is the outermost, colorful skin of citrus fruits. Zest is often used to enhance flavor in recipes. The pith, or white membrane underneath the outside peel, has a bitter, unpleasant taste and should be avoided while testing.

DAY 16: BROILED PINEAPPLE SLICES

This recipe could be part of breakfast, a satisfying side dish, or served as dessert. It only takes minutes to prepare and is a palate pleaser!

Broiled Pineapple Slices

INGREDIENTS:

6 fresh or canned pineapple slices
1 tablespoon Date Honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Turn oven to broil setting. Place pineapple slices on a broiler pan lined with foil or an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet rubbed with olive oil (you can also use a silicon mat instead). Mix Date Honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
Spread on top side of pineapple. Place 3-4 inches below broiler for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle each slice with ½ teaspoon coconut flakes. Broil for 2 minutes and serve.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 slice)

NOTES:

Cut slices into chunks and mix in with oatmeal.

DAY 15 — Italian-Style Broccoli

This recipe dresses up plain broccoli and gives it a little Italian flair.

INGREDIENTS:

2–3 broccoli crowns, stems removed and cut into florets (about 6 cups)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped fennel bulb
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam broccoli 10-12 minutes, or boil 5-7 minutes. Set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place in a serving bowl, and set aside.
Add tomatoes, fennel, onions, garlic, and basil. about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Just before serving, stir in broccoli and pine nuts. Cook until heated through, and serve.
Yield: 6 servings (about 1 cup)

DAY 14 –Purple Sticky Rice with Cashews

Purple sticky rice, also known Thai black rice, turns a deep purple color when cooked. Traditionally served as a dessert topped with sweet coconut milk, purple sticky rice has a unique nutty flavor and adds an exotic taste to any meal.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups purple sticky rice
1 14-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup red onions, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked sweet peas
1/2 cup cashew halves and pieces, toasted
Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put rice in a fine-mesh sieve, and rinse well under running water in sink. You may also pour rice into a saucepan, add water, and swish the rice around to rinse. Pour out the cloudy water, and repeat until water is mostly clear.
Place the rinsed rice back into the saucepan. Add coconut milk, water, and salt. Stir to combine. Cook over medium-high heat to bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook 20 minutes. Stir well, cover again, and cook an additional 15-20 minutes. Nearly all of the liquid should be absorbed.
While rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onions, and stir to coat. Cook 20 minutes or until onions are slightly blackened and crispy, stirring frequently. Add cooked peas and cashews to rice, and stir. Place a mound of rice on each serving plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Top with onions.
Yield: 6 (serving size: 1 cup)

1 banana, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon chopped almonds

Ultimate Nut and Seed Crackers

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup chia seeds
½ cup chopped pistachios
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds, black and/or white
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet by lining with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine chia seeds, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and salt. Stir well. Then add water, and stir again.
Let mixture set for about 5 minutes or until water is completely absorbed.
Using a spatula, spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into one large rectangle, covering as much of the sheet as possible.
Bake 30 minutes, and remove from oven. With a large spatula, carefully flip the rectangle. (Don’t worry if it breaks. You haven’t ruined anything!) Bake another 20-25 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 minutes before serving. Break into pieces approximate 2-inches x 1.5-inches.
Store in an airtight container up to one week. If crackers soften while in storage, place in a preheated 300-degree oven for about 5 minutes to crisp them up again.
Yield: 10 servings (serving size: about 6 crackers)

NOTES:

You can use a variety of different nuts and seeds in this recipe, so feel free to adjust ingredients according to your personal preference. Substitution ideas: almonds, pecans, pepitas, or poppy seeds.

DAY 11 — Hummus Casserole

I got the idea for this recipe when I realized my hummus consumption tends to be more like a meal than a snack. I thought, Why not make a main dish out of it? So I added brown rice, veggies, and voila!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Hummus recipe
½ cup water
1 carrot, shredded (about 1 cup)
1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry
1 cup diced zucchini, unpeeled
¼ cup chopped green onions (green parts only)
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked brown rice

INSTRUCTIONS:

reheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Hummus according to directions and place in a large bowl. (You will use entire recipe.) Add water, carrots, spinach, zucchini, green onions, salt, and brown rice. Stir well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish that has been lightly rubbed or sprayed with olive oil. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
Yield: 10 servings (serving size: about 1/2 cup)

Substitute quinoa for the brown rice.

½ cup raisins

2 tablespoons raw sunflower seed kernels

Dressing

1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix carrots, cabbage, apple, raisins, pecans, and sunflower seeds kernels in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, add apple juice and cinnamon. Use a whisk to combine, and pour over carrot mixture. Stir well to coat.
Place in refrigerator 1-2 hours or until cool. Serve chilled.
Yield: 10 servings (serving size: ½ cup)

Substitute raisins with golden raisins.

DAY 8 — Vegan Sugar-Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups of rolled oats or 2 cups of oat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp sea or Himalayan salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
2 ripe bananas
2 oranges
4-5 pitted Medjool dates (if you want your cookies sweeter, add more dates)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 F (190-200 C)
If using rolled oats (I used quick oats), place oats in a high speed blender, like Vitamix and grind them into a fine flour (I choose to leave some chunks in for texture, as you see on the image)
Transfer oat flour into a mixing bowl, add wheat flour and salt and whisk together (you can use a hand or a standing mixer as well)
In a cup or a bowl, mix baking soda and lemon juice together (juice will activate soda), then transfer into the mixing bowl containing flours

Place bananas and pitted dates into a blender, squeeze juice from 2 oranges over them, add vanilla and almond milk; blend until smooth
Pour blended mixture over the flour mix and fold everything together to create your sugar free oatmeal cookie batter
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a tablespoon place batter on the sheet (I used 1.5-2 tbsp of batter per cookie)
Form batter into disks, spacing cookies about 1-1.5 inch apart
I ended up with two baking sheets. If that happens to you, place one on top rack and one on the bottom in the oven.
Bake for 7 minutes, then switch racks (bottom cookies go to the top rack, and top to the bottom)
Bake additional 6-7 minutes
The cookies will be well set and golden on the bottom; the top, however, might look a little pale
Set your oven to LOW broil (meanwhile you might have a little one impatiently waiting for her treat–do not give in!)
Place both baking sheets on the bottom rack and give them 2-3 minutes, until the top looks nice and golden. If they are still a little pale, pop them on the top rack for a minute, but keep an eye on them
Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack, but watch out for cute little thieves!
Let your sugar free oatmeal cookies rest for 5-10 minutes before enjoying them. Be patient!
When cookies cool off, they should look nice and fluffy on the inside.
- Enjoy them with a cup of cold almond milk!
- Cookies will store well for a few days refrigerated. In my household, with a cookie loving kid and sweets loving husband, they lasted only a day and a half.
You can add any variation of ingredients to these cookies: walnuts, chopped dates, raising, lemon/orange zest, etc. They should come delicious!

DAY 7 — Spinach Zucchini Casserole

An easy casserole dish that’s perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano flakes
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds (about 2-3 medium zucchini)
3 cups packed fresh spinach, stems removed
1 cup sliced onion, sliced pole-to-pole see Recipe Notes
Cooked brown rice, lentils, or quinoa

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour tomatoes into small saucepan, and add garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, and salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, and simmer about 10 minutes.
While sauce is cooking, prepare vegetables. Lightly coat a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish with olive oil. Place zucchini rounds on bottom of dish, stacking extra rounds to make a second layer, if needed. Spread spinach leaves and onion slices on top of zucchini.
When sauce is done, pour sauce over all, making sure vegetables are coated with tomatoes and their juice. If using fresh tomatoes, chop tomatoes and place on top of spinach and onions. Mix tomato sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, and salt in a small bowl and pour sauce over all.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until zucchini is tender. Stir well before serving with cooked brown rice, lentils, or quinoa.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)

NOTES:

Serve alone or as a side dish.
Add 1/2 cup shredded carrots, mushrooms, chopped black olives, or yellow squash.

DAY 6 — Jamaican chili

When my husband, Justin, and I went on our honeymoon in June 1998, we stayed at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. We spent hours every day at the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and sailing. When it was time for dinner, we’d be famished. The food was incredible, and I loved sampling all the Jamaican-style dishes. This recipe reminds me of that unforgettable experience.

Jamaican Chili

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1-1 1/2 cups) seeded & chopped (1-1 1/2 cups)
1 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup Vegetable Broth or water see Recipe Notes
3 medium tomatoes, chopped or 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat olive oil over medium heat, and cook until onions are soft and translucent. Add yellow pepper and garlic. Cook until pepper is tender.
Add water tomatoes, beans, cumin, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in parsley just before serving.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups)

NOTES:

For a spicier chili, add a diced jalapeno pepper or hot chile powder.
Use chickpeas instead of cannellini beans.
Add more vegetables, such as carrots, celery, sweet potato, or zucchini.

14 Ounce Package Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants, Spicy
1/2 Loaf Finely Diced French Bread Or Coarse Bread Crumbs
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
1 Pinch Kosher Salt, Plus Additional To Taste
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Chopped Parsley, Plus Additional Leaves For Garnish
12 Ounces Pasta Such As Gemelli, Cassarecia, Orecchiette, Or Penne (Fresh Or Great Quality Dried)
1/2 Red Onion, Finely Diced
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped Or Microplaned
2 Ears Corn, Shucked, Kernels Removed From The Cob
1 Basket Cherry Tomatoes, Cut In Half
Chili Flakes, To Taste

MAKE THE BREADCRUMBS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss the diced French bread in a bowl with two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and add half the parsley while still hot; set aside.
BOIL THE PASTA

Place a large pot of water seasoned with salt on the stove and bring to a boil. Add the pasta to the water and cook according to package directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving a half cup of pasta water.
COOK THE IMPOSSIBLE SAUSAGE

While the pasta is cooking, add the remaining one tablespoon olive oil to a 10-12 inch sauté pan over medium-high heat. Drop heaping tablespoons of the sausage into the pan (about 20 spoonfuls). Cook until brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes. Remove sausage from the pan, and set aside.
COOK THE VEGETABLES

Add the onions and garlic to the same sauté pan, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the corn and cook for another 2 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Finish by adding the sausage and the reserved pasta water to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and combine thoroughly with the sauce. Turn off the heat.
SERVE AND ENJOY

Finish with remaining parsley and chili flakes if desired. Place into a large bowl or individual bowls and garnish with the seasoned breadcrumbs and parsley leaves.

Broccoli Stir Fry with Vegetarian-based Beyond Meat® and Garlic Rice

Ingredients:

2 unit Beyond Meat®

Broccoli, florets

Green Onion

Ginger

Garlic

Parboiled Rice

Peanuts, chopped

1 tbsp Cornstarch

¼ cup Vegetarian Oyster Soy Sauce Blend

Directions:

Before starting, wash and dry all produce. Peel ginger using a spoon’s edge — you’ll be able to maneuver around the knobbly bits more easily! Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Peel, then mince or grate 1 tbsp ginger (dbl for 4ppl). Thinly slice green onions. Peel, then mince or grate garlic.

2. Heat a medium pot over medium heat. When hot, add 1/2 tbsp oil (dbl for 4ppl), then garlic and rice. Cook, stirring often, until fragrant, 1-2 min. Add 1 1/4 cup water (dbl for 4 ppl) and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 15-18 min.

3. While rice cooks, heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot add 1 tbsp oil (dbl for 4ppl), then the broccoli. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, 4-5 min. Remove pan from the heat. Transfer broccoli to a plate.

4. While broccoli cooks, whisk together vegetarian oyster-soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 3/4 cup water (dbl all for 4ppl) in a medium bowl.

5. Heat the same pan (from step 3) over medium-high heat. When hot, add ½ tbsp oil (dbl for 4ppl), then Beyond Meat® and ginger. Cook, breaking up Beyond Meat® into smaller pieces, until golden, 4-5 min.** Add cornstarch mixture and broccoli. Cook, stirring often, until slightly thickened, 2-3 min. Season with pepper.

6. Fluff rice with a fork, then stir in half the green onions and season with salt. Divide the rice between bowls, then top with the stir-fry. Sprinkle with peanuts and remaining green onions.

If you like pinto beans as a side dish, you can add brown rice, along with a few other ingredients, and you have a main dish. Pair this bake with a salad to complete your meal.

recipe “Refried” Beans
3 cups cooked brown or wild rice
2 10-ounce cans diced tomatoes and green chiles
½ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions, green parts only
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings: Avocado slices, black olives, shredded lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly rub bottom and sides of an 9 x 13-inch baking dish with coconut or olive oil. Pour “Refried” Beans into dish, and spread evenly across bottom. Add rice, tomatoes and green chiles, green pepper, green onions, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Bake 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: ½ cup)

NOTES:

Substitute the cayenne pepper with 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning.
Use homemade Salsa instead of green chiles and tomatoes (you may want to omit or reduce amount of green peppers if you do).

FALL HARVEST OATMEAL

Oatmeal doesn’t have to be bland and boring. This recipe reminds me of the autumn season, but it can be enjoyed year-round.

Fall Harvest Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

½ recipe Cinnamon Baked Apples
2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
4 Medjool dates, pitted, chopped (about ¼ cup)
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare Cinnamon Baked Apples as directed. When apples are done, cook oats on stovetop according to package directions. To serve, place ½ cup oatmeal in two bowls. Top with apples, dates, and pecans. Pour 2 tablespoons of apple juice over each serving, and serve immediately.
Yield: 2 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)

NOTES:

Use figs or raisins instead of dates.
Since you only need half of the Cinnamon Baked Apples recipe, you can store the other half in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use the following day.

DANIEL WHYTE III SAYS WOKEISM WHICH HE RENAMED DECEPTIONISM: THE BLOB OF BEELZEBUB says you can ignore WOKEISM if you want to, but WOKEISM is DECEPTIONISM which is a strong delusion sent by satan and is spoken of in the Bible. If somebody is not truly saved and fasting and praying in the family and the church, you will suffer the most significant pain known to mankind because you will bury your children and or your grandchildren because the SATANIC SPIRIT OF WOKEISM (DECEPTIONISM) leads to sadness, depression, isolation, separation from parents, emptiness, nihilism, being murdered, murdering, and to suicide.

As Daniel Whyte III continues to preach the series “WOKEISM: THE BLOB OF BEELZEBUB,” he says, “WOKEISM: THE BLOB OF BEELZEBUB” is so enormous most people can’t get their head around it; they are only able to see one side of it, and they unwisely think that that is all there is to WOKEISM. Most people do not understand that WOKEISM is a satanic spirit that descends upon all people, not just certain groups. It works in and through people who are not saved and those who may be saved but are not prayed up and in the Word as they should be. The biblical definition of WOKEISM is found in 2 Timothy chapter 3: “DECEIVING AND BEING DECEIVED.” In other words, WOKEISM is DECEPTIONISM.

For example, some people can only see the side of Racism and Critical Race Theory; some people can only see the side of socialism; some people can only see the side of the ever-increasing abomination of homosexuality and transgenderism; some people can only see the side of the rise of ultra-feminism and the putting down of men in their roles in the family, in the church, and society. And so, therefore, the truth of the matter is President Biden is WOKE, and President Trump is WOKE. Democrats are WOKE, and Republicans are WOKE. Liberals are WOKE, and Conservatives are WOKE. Black people are WOKE, and White people are WOKE. Mainline liberal churches are WOKE, and Conservative evangelical churches are WOKE. Homosexual people are WOKE, and straight people are WOKE. And so on.

WOKEISM or DECEPTIONISM is a monster satanic spirit unleashed at this time and was rooted in what Paul prophesied as being a part of the last PERILOUS days: “DECEIVING AND BEING DECEIVED” or what Whyte is dubbing “DECEPTIONISM.” An example of this deceptionism on both sides is: on the liberal side, a Supreme Court justice says she cannot define what a woman is. And on that same side, others say that a man can get pregnant. On the conservative side, a former president and even people in congress downplayed the events of January 6th, refusing to call it an insurrection and telling people it was just a riot. That same president, former President Trump, is running for president again after almost causing his loyal vice-president Pence to be hung because he did the right thing. It is the age of what the Bible dealt with in the Old Testament and the New Testament, people saying wrong is right and right is wrong. It is the age of deceptionism.

If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Savior, let me show you how to place your faith and trust in Him for Salvation from sin and hell.

First, accept the fact that you are a sinner and that you have broken God’s law. The Bible says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

Second, accept the fact that there is a penalty for sin. The Bible states in Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death…”

Third, accept the fact that you are on the road to hell. Jesus Christ said in Mark 9:43-48: “And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.” Also, the Bible states in Revelation 21:8: “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

Now that is bad news, but here’s the good news. Jesus Christ said in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Just believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead by the power of God for you so that you can live eternally with Him. Pray and ask Him to come into your heart today, and He will.

Romans 10:9 & 13 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved… For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

If you believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead, and you want to trust Him for your Salvation today, please pray with me this simple prayer: Holy Father God, I realize that I am a sinner and that I have done some bad things in my life. I am sorry for my sins, and today, please fill me with Your Holy and help me to repent of my sins. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please forgive me of my sins. I believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died for me, was buried, and rose again. I trust Jesus Christ as my Savior and choose to follow Him as Lord from this day forward. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life today. Amen.
