IS ASHBURY UNIVERSITY HAVING A GENUINE LOCAL REVIVAL? Daniel Whyte III, President of Gospel Light Society International, says the test of being genuinely born-again-saved is what Jesus Christ said: “If you love me, keep my commandments.” If one does not fear God, yea, reverence God to the point of obeying God, then one does not love God and does not love Jesus Christ. The same goes for GENUINE REVIVAL. The test of genuine revival is not necessarily about having a series of services. It is not necessarily about lifting one’s hands and shouting and wailing. It is all about what Jesus Christ said: “If you love me, keep my commandments.” If the faculty and students are having a genuine revival at Ashbury University, then here is what ought to be happening: Professors and students will immediately cease committing adultery; Professors and students will immediately cease committing fornication; Professors and students will immediately cease committing acts of homosexuality, and will not be woke regarding homosexuality or anything else, and will immediately cease accepting students who are practicing sodomite-homosexuals, and will immediately kick them out of the school; All professors and students will immediately cease looking at pornography; All professors and students will cease lying and living a lie, “deceiving and being deceived” for they will not be WOKE anymore; All professors and students will stop getting drunk; All professors and students will go out into the community, witness for Christ everyday with great joy, and pass out Gospel literature for the Lord Jesus Christ just as they do with gusto for evil, lying politicians. If the above things are not happening, this is not a God-sent, genuine revival.
