Below is the video from Michelle Loud, accusing Cora Jakes Coleman of stealing her child. Warning: This video contains strong language:
Below is the statement released by the Jakes family:
The Jakes family endured a shocking and deeply disturbing event when the ex-husband of Cora Jakes engaged in shameful conduct. After being made aware of the allegations, Cora immediately contacted the authorities, Cora divorced the accused, and the family is attempting to heal at the same time they are fully cooperating with law enforcement.
Tragically, unkind speculation and baseless false suggestions spread by gossip sites continues to exacerbate the injuries to the family and has made the healing process even more painful and difficult. The public and mean-spirited false gossip is especially shameful since the principal victim is a minor child who will someday read about these events.
Here are the facts as we know them today. Cora’s ex-husband is in jail, charged with the sexual abuse of a child. He is in jail because the family immediately reported the abuse to law enforcement authorities and has cooperated at every level with law enforcement and the prosecution. The family acted swiftly and without hesitation as they strongly believe in zero tolerance for any kind of abuse. This matter does not involve The Potter’s House. Cora is personally devastated by the events and deserves the privacy and respect of someone who wrestles with feeling responsible for events for which she had no control.
Despite slanderous attempts to smear Cora Jakes, her children were properly adopted through a multi-year process with numerous checks and reviews. This process is afforded to anyone in the United States of America and there was no preferential treatment given to Cora. Any claims to the contrary are false and defamatory. As adoptions are bound by law, the applicable documents and court proceedings preclude detailed public commentary.
The Jakes family is attempting to heal itself, the minor child that has been abused, and the adults who are also traumatized by these events. It is unfortunate that perpetuating baseless gossip will only risk greater pain and injury to the minor as this child will have to explain to others in the future what was written about them, even though the child has no voice today.
The Jakes family asks to be included in your prayers as they focus on healing.
Below is the article from the Christian Post:
A spokesperson for Cora Jakes Coleman, the eldest daughter of megachurch Pastor T.D. Jakes, called online allegations that she manipulated a vulnerable Texas mother into giving up her child for adoption “slanderous” on Thursday while insisting that all adoptions made by the 34-year-old divorcée were legally executed.
“Despite slanderous attempts to smear Cora Jakes, her children were properly adopted through a multi-year process with numerous checks and reviews. This process is afforded to anyone in the United States of America and there was no preferential treatment given to Cora. Any claims to the contrary are false and defamatory,” the spokesperson said. “As adoptions are bound by law, the applicable documents and court proceedings preclude detailed public commentary.”
The response comes after the recent arrest of Cora Jake’s former husband, rapper Richard Brandon Coleman, 33, also known by his stage name SkiiVentura, for “continuous sexual abuse of a young child/children.” The Wayne McCollum Detention Center in Waxahachie, Texas, confirmed with The Christian Post on Thursday that Richard Coleman has remained in custody on a $150,000 bond since his arrest on May 4.

This Is the Article and Message That Daniel Whyte III Referenced in the Article Above: Instead of Preaching Fully the Message That He Had Planned on Preaching Titled “Building and Battling While Waiting and Watching, Part 31,” Daniel Whyte III Preaches an Impromptu, Extemporaneous, Out-of-the-blue Message Where He Lovingly Warns T.D. Jakes That He Is Going to End Up Like His Friends Bill Hybels of Willow Creek Church and Brian Houston of Hillsong Church, Who Have Fallen Down Hard Late in Life and Their Churches Have Suffered Greatly, if He Compromises on God’s Word, Especially Regarding the Issue of Homosexuality, Homosexual Marriage, and the Homosexual Agenda as Well as Other Sins, So That He Can Fit in With Hollywood Stars and Starlets and for Fame and Fortune. As Always, Daniel Whyte III Preached the Gospel As Well.

TEXT: 2 Peter 3:17-18
17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
A prophetic sermon like this is best heard instead of read, so we are not giving you the transcribed sermon which was done after the fact, but here are some highlights:
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, today I want to tell a man who I believe is one of the most gifted preachers in America today, Dr. T.D. Jakes, that if he does not take heed he is going to end up like Bill Hybels, former pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, and Brian Houston, former pastor of Hillsong Church.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, I fear that T.D. Jakes is going the way of Bill Hybels and Brian Houston, and he needs to know that God does not care how big you are if you hook up with the devil and the world and turn against Him because the powers that be want to promote homosexuality, homosexual marriage, homosexual ministers, and homosexual members in the church. So I’m telling T. D. Jakes, right now, don’t be a Judas like these other people. You need to get back to the old-time ways and the old landmarks. You need to go back to the days when God called you from nothing and from nowhere, and remember where you came from. God knows where you came from. You know where you came from. God has shown you great mercy and grace, and you also know God has chastised you before. And you have said, ‘You know what? I bet you I won’t do that again.’
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, T.D. Jakes, you had better get out of this thing. I don’t care how much money Oprah gave you, I don’t care how much money Tyler Perry gave you, or any of the other stars, and they may have given it to the church. In their minds, it might have been a bribe because they want you to accept homosexual members into the church. I believe Oprah got saved, but she is misguided. God was depending on you to guide her in the right way. You are her pastor whether you want to admit that or not. It is the same thing with Tyler Perry and your friend, openly homosexual Don Lemon. God gave you this platform to lead these people to Him, not to be buddy-buddy with them in their sin and their promotion of sin.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, You need to take heed to this warning or you’re going to be jacked up just like Bill Hybels and Willow Creek Community Church. Where is Bill Hybels, now? You are doing some of the same things that got him in trouble. I advise you to repent.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, This is not about being with us or us being with you. We just love you. There are people in this country and around the globe who believe that you are truly born-again and you have a special gift from God, and we want you to continue in that which God used to make you great.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, You are in a position where people who may not mean you any good use you because you are such a loving person. You have a deep pastor’s heart, and they will use you to turn millions from Christ and the fundamentals of the faith.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, I know you have the wherewithal inside of you to say, ‘Look here, folks, maybe I have gone too far. I love you guys. I hope you let the church and ministry keep the money that you gave, but I can’t go with this. I can’t start saying homosexual-friendly words such as “same-gender-loving.” No, it’s homosexuals. Sodomites. Preacher, you know that.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, So, brother, take heed. I believe that you can tell this is coming from a standpoint of love – God’s love.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, We’re in a worldwide plague, Brother Jakes. And you understand that very well. And above all of your other charismatic friends, you know why. Do you know why I believe you know why? Because I believe that you are saved. One of the reasons I believe that you are saved is because God has dealt with you in the past, and you cannot preach like that and be lost. No man can preach like that and be lost. That is not a natural gift; that is a spiritual gift from God.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, You need to cut this foolishness out before God cuts you down like He did Bill Hybels, former great pastor of Willow Creek Church, and Bill Houston, former great pastor of Hillsong Church. God raised him up, and God took him down. God raised you up, brother, and God will take you down.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, Now, I don’t believe you’re doing what you’re doing because you’re trying to do something evil. I believe you have a big, loving pastor’s heart. I believe that the devil and evil people are trying to take advantage of you. Churches as a whole have been led by pastors since Billy Graham’s time, and this was done intentionally by the devil. The pastors kicked out the evangelists and the prophets. The pastors said, “Don’t invite the evangelists and prophets to your church, because they will tear your church up. Invite another pastor.” This is common knowledge. These things have been said by pastors, and since that time, the church has been controlled by pastors. You all have a different gift where there is a lot of touchy-feely stuff going on, and you have led the church into a mess. T. D. Jakes, you know I am telling the truth, and it is not just you. It is all of the other touchy-feely pastors. Since you didn’t let the evangelists and the prophets in to “tear your church up” now God is tearing it up.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, There are some people who you need to get away from, and you need to go back to the common folk who helped you to become great by the grace of God. You need to tell these other folks, ‘I love you. I appreciate what you have done for me and my church. Please do not try to get anything back. I’ll be praying for you. But I cannot go the way you want me to go.’ And I believe, by the grace of God, Bishop T. D. Jakes, you have it in you. You’re going astray and you do not even realize it. This is not about anything personal between you and me. We do not even know each other like that. I know of you, and it has been reported to me that you know of me. I am preaching to you as a prophet to a pastor. You can take heed to it or you can keep on going the way you are going and end up like Bill Hybels and Brian Houston. But I want you to know that the ministry you have built up for your children to take over when you die will not exist if you continue going down this road.
Daniel Whyte III said to T.D. Jakes, Here you are talking about “same-gender-loving people” like that is legitimate. T. D. Jakes, that’s bull-sheep! And you know it. (That’s my word; I’m not cursing.) You didn’t say that to Oprah a few years ago in the interview that you had with her. In fact, you said this: “I’m not called to give my opinion. I’m called as a pastor to give the Scriptural position on it. I think that sex between two people of the same sex is condemned in the Scriptures and as long as it is condemned in the Scriptures, I don’t get to say what I think. I get to say what the Bible says.” You never said that before, but now you are saying that and you think people are not paying attention and do not know what you are doing. God knows what you are doing, Jesus knows what you are doing, I know what you are doing, and you need to stop it for your own good, brother.
Now, if you are not a believer in Jesus Christ, I urge you to trust in Him because He is coming again and you do not want to be left behind. Here is how you can place your faith and trust in Him for Salvation from sin and the consequences of sin.
First, accept the fact that you are a sinner, and that you have broken God’s law. The Bible says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”
Second, accept the fact that there is a penalty for sin. The Bible states in Romans 6:23: “For the wages of sin is death…”
Third, accept the fact that you are on the road to hell. Jesus Christ said in Mark 9:43-48: “And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.” Also, the Bible states in Revelation 21:8: “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
Now that is bad news, but here’s the good news. Jesus Christ said in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Just believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead by the power of God for you so that you can live eternally with Him. Pray and ask Him to come into your heart today, and He will.
Romans 10:9 & 13 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved… For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
If you believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead, and you want to trust Him for your Salvation today, please pray with me this simple prayer: Holy Father God, I realize that I am a sinner and that I have done some bad things in my life. I am sorry for my sins, and today I choose to turn from my sins. For Jesus Christ sake, please forgive me of my sins. I believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died for me, was buried, and rose again. I trust Jesus Christ as my Savior and I choose to follow Him as Lord from this day forward. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life today. Amen.
If you just trusted Jesus Christ as your Saviour, and you prayed that prayer and meant it from your heart, I declare to you that based upon the Word of God, you are now saved from Hell and you are on your way to Heaven. Welcome to the family of God! Congratulations on doing the most important thing in life and that is receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. For more information to help you grow in your newfound faith in Christ, go to Gospel Light Society.com and read “What To Do After You Enter Through the Door.” Jesus Christ said in John 10:9, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”
God loves you. We love you. And may God bless you.
This Is the Article and Message That Daniel Whyte III Preached Today as a Part of the Standing Between the Living and the Dead Prayer Memorial Devotional Evangelistic Service for Coronavirus Victims and Their Families #747
THERE IS MORE SAID IN THE PODCAST AUDIO THAN IN THE NOTES BELOW
Below is an edited transcription of the impromptu message.
Let me say to Bishop T.D. Jakes, I warned you. God led me to warn you. I love you and I thank God for you. You’re in the throes of a principle that God gave to me to give to the world of unraveling. It is like a death spiral. You need to correct whatever you need to correct and get back to the old landmarks. Now we all love Dr. TD Jakes. He’s a preaching machine. You can’t preach like that and be lost. I don’t believe he’s lost. One preacher called him a false prophet. I don’t think he’s a false prophet yet. If he keeps on going down and fooling with people that are trying to draw him away from Jesus, then he will be in that classification.
But there is a principle that God has when he is dealing with somebody or a group of people or a nation: things unravel when you displease God. God led me out of the blue to deal with some of the things that you’re doing now, and then a YouTube star who says he is a preacher went off on how you and your wife have handled this situation that your daughter is in with taking somebody’s baby. And then there is a white man, who I do not have much respect for because he divorced his wife and remarried a secretary in the church, so he does not need to be saying this, but he called you a false prophet. So whatever issues you need to deal with, you need to deal with them.
You’re a great preacher, one of the best, but you are not above anybody. You’re not better than anybody. And you can mess up and lose your power and your authority and become a footnote in history, like your friends Bill Hybels and Brian Houston. Now, you know, they were not supposed to fall like that. If you don’t get your act together and straighten out with God, you can go the way of them. I know you don’t think so. We don’t think so. We don’t believe that God will take us down, but God will. There are no big Is and little yous in God’s kingdom.
Right now things are unraveling, so you might need to chill out with all the running around with big shots like Oprah and Tyler Perry and all of those people who are encouraging you behind the scenes with bribes to be woke and be for homosexuality in the church, which is the reason why the church is in the mess it is in. It is because we have crossed a line with God. You don’t want to be a part of that. You need to get back to the old landmarks, my brother. Get back to your people in Dallas who love you, big mama, those single mothers with children, your old-fashioned saints, who prayed you through. They don’t see you anymore. They don’t hear from you anymore. They hear the preaching and that’s good, and you’ve done a great job because that’s what you do. And you’ve learned that too in recent years. You’re not a TV host. You’re not Dr. Phil. You’re Bishop TD Jakes, and you can shuck the corn when it comes down to preaching. I knew that your TV show was going to fail, but I didn’t say anything about it. You did the same thing I tried to do early on in my Christian life. I thought that because God gave me a little gift of writing, I could write anything. And I found out I can, but it’s not going to work. God is not going to bless it. We can’t use the gifts and talents that He set aside for his use and for his glory to do secular stuff with, like you being the producer of a movie. That’s nothing. You just authorize some money and you let other people do that. You let the minstrels do that. You don’t have anything to do with it. You just put your good name on it.
Get out of the unraveling phase, because once you get into the unraveling phase and you don’t repent and slow it up and come back and go somewhere and sit down and talk to God in a real sense, then it is going to explode on you and everything is going to come tumbling down. God has his way for all of us, Dr. Jakes. I’m just the messenger trying to help you. I want to keep you in the battle with us. God is the one who gives you your platform. You may not understand that God is the one who gives certain preachers a large platform, and he wants them to use that platform for his glory and his kingdom and not get caught up in secret deals pushing you to be for homosexuality in the church, talking about same-gender-loving and all of that foolishness and hosting Van Jones at your conference. Van Jones is a Negro that I love and respect as well. I think he’s a smart Negro. He’s only doing this because there’s a wider conspiracy going on to tear down the family. He knows better and you know better, but you hosted him when he is out here talking about how he is having sex with this woman he is not married to and they chose to have a baby together. Then he recommended it for other people to try themselves. You can’t do that. You’re going to mess yourself up with God.
Now publicly, I held back on a lot of things for years and defended you to independent Baptist preachers and Southern Baptist preachers, because I believe you’re saved, and I believe your power comes from a pure life and from not living in sin. No matter what kind of gift you have, if you are living in sin against God, you will have no power, and you learned that a long time ago before you preached that message, “I Bet You I Won’t Do That Again.” Every preacher is going to go through that. That’s a humble statement that you said, and I’m reminding you of your sermon. You know, I know, and everybody else knows who knows God, God can and will fix you. Ask Brian Houston. Ask Bill Hybels. We don’t hear from these people anymore. They’re gone. They’re out of the ministry. These are your buddies, and they all fell.
So deal with this situation regarding your daughter. Do the right thing. Do what God tells you to do. In the words of Larry Reid, stop coddling her, babysitting her, and letting her have her way in this demonic foolishness and give the baby back to his mother before the whole thing comes tumbling down. We love you. We thank God for you. You’ve been a blessing and God wants you to keep on being a blessing.
