“Her Majesty’s a pretty nice girl / But she doesn’t have a lot to say,” sang the Beatle Paul McCartney in a playful ditty tucked into the 1969 album “Abbey Road.” The lyrics come to mind whenever Queen Elizabeth is back in the news, which has been happening often in recent years, what with the Netflix series “The Crown,” the death of her husband, Prince Philip, and the headline-hugging misadventures of her royal progeny.
The latest news, however — that the queen had entered a hospital “for some preliminary investigations” — raised a different level of emotion and anxiety, not fully relieved by the reassuring addendum that she “remains in good spirits.” Even at 95, with 69 years on the throne, Queen Elizabeth is not someone who takes a sick day lightly.
In an era when old age and hereditary privilege are largely out of vogue, Queen Elizabeth is still held in lofty regard, as her consistently high popularity ratings testify. No other head of state has succeeded in melding the ancient rites of hereditary monarchy with democratic rule as she has.
There may be a dozen monarchies extant in Europe and about 27 countries with royal families around the world, but beyond their realms, few people are even aware that Norway has a king (Harald V) or can name the ruler of Thailand (Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun), much less take seriously the “Romanov royal wedding” staged recently in St. Petersburg. When Queen Elizabeth dies, it’s doubtful that Prince Charles or Prince William, the next two in line to sit on the British throne, will ever fill her royal slippers. She may be the world’s last global monarch.
Though she might well “have a lot to say,” given what she’s witnessed, heard and endured, she has largely kept it to herself. For all the countless speeches she has made and the volumes of banquet banter she has exchanged with an endless parade of rulers, politicians, celebrities and subjects, including five popes and 13 of the past 14 presidents (the missing president is Lyndon B. Johnson), she has never given an interview to a reporter. Among the very few revealing utterances she has let slip was the celebrated reference to 1992, a year in which three royal marriages fell apart and fire gutted a hundred rooms in Windsor Castle, as her “annus horribilis.” And that was in Latin.
More usually, her own speeches — as distinguished from the scripted Queen’s Speech she reads at the annual opening of Parliament — have been bracing invocations of duty, courage and other chivalric virtues. In one of her first major addresses, made in Cape Town, South Africa, on her 21st birthday, on April 21, 1947, as heir to the crown, she invoked the “noble motto” embraced by preceding heirs when they came of age: “I serve.”
“I should like to make that dedication now,” she continued. “It is very simple. I declare before you all that my whole life, whether it be long or short, shall be devoted to your service and the service of our great imperial family to which we all belong.”
In hindsight, the history of that service may no longer appear quite so noble. Seven decades ago, South Africa was ruled exclusively by whites, and many countries had yet to gain independence from the British Empire. The inherent racism of Britain’s colonial past has come under new scrutiny through the accusations made by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Yet Queen Elizabeth has remained true to the “very simple” vow she made as a 21-year-old princess. Decade after decade, while her images on the currencies of the many Commonwealth realms in which she is still the constitutional head of state have changed to reflect a maturing queen, she continued to faithfully carry out her many royal duties, which often included long voyages. In the process, she has become the longest-lived and longest-reigning British monarch, and if she is still on the throne on May 27, 2024, she will surpass Louis XIV of France, as the longest-reigning European monarch ever. (He got the job at age 4.)
That is the only point of comparison between Elizabeth II and the flamboyant Sun King, who took care to have his absolute rule glorified in lavish paintings and palaces. Reserve, simplicity and obedience to constitutional constraints have been intrinsic to Queen Elizabeth’s reign, making for a tableau that writers, artists, directors, tabloids, haberdashers and the public have filled with whatever colors, emotions and details they deem fit.
The Queen Elizabeths of Helen Mirren, Claire Foy and Olivia Colman, three of the actresses who have portrayed her, are very different, though each is a plausible interpretation of the known facts of her life. The queen’s communications secretary, Donal McCabe, made a point of noting that the royal palace was not “complicit in interpretations” made in “The Crown.”
Ms. Colman, who played the queen in that series, saw in her an “ultimate feminist.” “She’s the breadwinner. She’s the one on our coins and bank notes. Prince Philip has to walk behind her. She fixed cars in the Second World War. She insisted on driving a king who came from a country where women weren’t allowed to drive” — that was Crown Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia at Balmoral Castle in Scotland in 2003, when he implored the queen to drive slower.
In her Christmas broadcast in 1966, the queen explicitly addressed the constraints women confront around the world. “In spite of these disabilities, it has been women who have breathed gentleness and care into the harsh progress of mankind,” she said.
Comments like that and shows like “The Crown” may give people a sense that they know Queen Elizabeth. Yet it is a measure of her mystique that no one knows for sure whether she has seen any of the movies or television series about her. Nor, for all the crises she has faced, from the death of Princess Diana to Prince Andrew’s friendship with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is it really known how those have affected her. Perhaps that’s what Mr. McCartney meant with the line “Her Majesty’s a pretty nice girl / But she changes from day to day.”
The paradox is that throughout all the changes — the scandals, Britain’s hesitant entry into the European Union, the country’s wrenching exit from it and all the other turmoil in the world — and despite the fact that we really know so little about her, the image of the sturdy, politely smiling little queen in pastel-colored coats and matching hats, at times accompanied by an equally sturdy little Welsh corgi, has become a reassuring constant over the decades. There are not many.

I love, respect, and admire Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II very much. However, the reason she has this wicked mess going on in and through her family for generations now is that as the head of the Church of England, she has allowed a possible future king, Prince Charles, her son, to first commit adultery with another man’s wife and then take another man’s wife and marry her so that they are both living in adultery. On top of that, she is overseeing the Church of England sanctioning and endorsing the abomination of homosexuality and homosexual marriage with arguably one of the most gifted singers in the world, Elton John, being invited to her church where Harry and Meghan got married, with his so-called wife or husband, who is another man (I don’t know what they call each other). For her to allow these sodomites into the church of the Lord Jesus Christ that Jesus Christ suffered, bled, and died for, to witness holy matrimony vows exchanged between a man and a woman is an abomination to God Almighty and is an offense to God, and the Queen knows this very well. In addition to that, she has another son, Prince Andrew, who is under investigation by the FBI for the rape of underage girls. And then she allowed her grandson, Prince Harry, to marry a divorced woman in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The problem is not and never has been the fact that Meghan is half-black. Rather, the problem in God’s sight is the adultery which both Harry and Meghan are living in now, which I wrote an article about before they got married. The Bible says “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man (or woman) soweth, that shall he (or she) also reap” and “They have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind.” Charles is living in adultery times two. Meghan is living in adultery and causing her husband Harry to live in adultery. Oprah has been publicly rebuked by yours truly multiple times because she is a Christian but she is still “shacking up” (committing the sin of fornication) with Stedman Graham. So she really does not have any moral authority to say anything about this situation and, sadly, she may not know why Stedman Graham is against marrying her. It may very well be because he is a Baptist Christian and graduate of a Baptist college who truly fears God’s word and Jesus’ words against divorce and remarriage which you will read momentarily. One of my points is that this whole situation with Meghan and Harry is not just about racism. Racism is an easy sin and an interesting sin to deal with that can get a lot of mileage very quickly and everybody knows it. Your Majesty Queen Elizabeth, here is God’s word about the mess you have caused and the mess you are ruling over now around the world. Queen Elizabeth, if you don’t repent of the evil you’ve done before God Almighty and fix this whole mess before you die, your kingdom that has lasted for over 1000 years will disintegrate. As you know, Prince Charles does not have the moral authority to rule as king and princes William and Harry are weak and henpecked, controlled and dominated by their wives and do not have the strength to rule. Thou art the woman!
Malachi 2:16 says, “For the Lord, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the Lord of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.”
Matthew 19:1-12 says:

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says:
9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Queen Elizabeth, follow the Pope who repented of the direction he was going in and that is towards sanctioning homosexuality and homosexual marriage, because he understands that this worldwide plague will not end and will get worse and chaos will break out all around the world if he didn’t repent of endorsing homosexuality and homosexual marriage as he is the head of the Catholic Church. Mutiny erupted at a London school today as pupils protested against the new head’s ‘back to basics’ regime, with calls for u-turns on policies to toughen up discipline and adopt a traditional history curriculum emphasising kings and queens – as teachers caved in to demands to take down the Union flag.
Hundreds of pupils and parents gathered outside Pimlico Academy this morning holding Black Lives Matter flags and chanting ‘we want change’ as several police officers watched on. The protest – which took place just three weeks after schools returned – was originally meant to take place on a football pitch in the grounds, but this was allegedly locked shut by staff.
Opposition, which includes staff threats to strike, was originally focused on a uniform regime, introduced by new head Daniel Smith last August that banned hairstyles that ‘block people’s view’. Critics claimed this would penalise Muslims and people with Afro hairstyles at a school where three quarters of children are from ethnic minorities.
But the rebellion has now extended to include other policies viewed as ‘discriminatory’ by the protesters, including changes to the history curriculum to make it more chronological, which protesters say emphasises white kings and queens over BAME figures.
The British flag was removed and burnt by pupils in September before being put back up, and on the weekend anti-flag graffiti appeared on the school walls reading ‘Ain’t no black in the Union Jack’, ‘White schools for brown kids are u mad’ and ‘Pimlico Academy…run by racists…for profit’.

May 20, 2021: Daniel Whyte III Says Queen Elizabeth, our hearts break for you regarding the death of your beautiful puppy, however, since the death of a puppy so suddenly is highly unusual, I must say, and quite frankly, I am not big on pronouncing connections to things like this, but if I were you, I would see this as a sign either as to the death of your kingdom after you die or the conviction of your son Andrew who gave you the puppy and who is also being accused of raping young girls
One of the puppies given to the Queen to keep her company while her late husband Prince Philip was in hospital has died.
Fergus, a Dorgi, was ‘bought by Prince Andrew‘ to help his 94-year-old mother cope in Windsor while the Duke of Edinburgh was recovering from heart surgery.
The puppy – who was only around five months old – died this weekend, leaving Her Majesty ‘devastated’, sources say.
It came less than two months after the Queen said goodbye to her ‘strength and stay’ and Britain’s longest-serving consort Prince Philip in St George’s Chapel.
It is not known how Fergus died.
The day before Prince Philip’s funeral, the Queen drove her two new puppies from Windsor Castle towards Frogmore Gardens for a walk.

Prince Andrew arrived in Balmoral for a holiday with the Queen last night – just 24 hours after a bombshell US lawsuit accused him of sex abuse.
The beleaguered royal and his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York, drove into the monarch’s private Scottish estate for their annual August jaunt while his lawyers held crisis talks over the case launched by Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
She alleged she was sexually abused by Andrew when she was 17 and that he knew she was the teenage victim of sex trafficking.
Miss Roberts claims she was forced to have sex with him and was ‘lent out for sexual purposes’ by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Yesterday a lawyer described the legal action as a ‘grenade waiting to go off’.
Astonishingly Andrew, 61, has yet to make any public comment about the lawsuit and instead travelled to Scotland with his ex-wife.
His dog arrived at Balmoral in a separate car an hour earlier, suggesting the prince could be planning a lengthy stay. The Duke of York has previously denied claims he abused Miss Roberts and forced her into sex during a visit to London more than two decades ago.
The Queen’s second son stepped back from royal duties over his relationship with late financier Epstein and insiders said the lawsuit effectively ended any ambition he held of a return to public life.

Protesters cover Buckingham Palace fountain in blood
Activists linked to Extinction Rebellion have covered a Buckingham Palace fountain in fake blood in a protest against the Queen and the royal family.
Shameless eco-warriors clutching signs reading ‘royal bloodbath’ defaced the Queen Victoria Memorial fountain on the fourth day of their fortnight-long “Impossible Rebellion”.
Animal Rebellion – an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion – launched today’s protest with cops carrying defiant protesters away as astonished crowds watched on.
The group claimed the royals were stopping “justice and compassion” by condoning farming and hunting on their land.
Spokesman Harley McDonald-Eckersall said: “The Crown Estate is the biggest landowner in the UK and they choose to use this land for animal agriculture and hunting, which not only decimate our environment but cause the deaths of millions of lives every year.

Prince Andrew will not return to public life after Charles, Edward and Anne closed the door on him and William branded him a ‘threat to the royal family’, it has been claimed.
Scotland Yard is also reported to have spoken to the Duke of York’s sexual assault accuser Virginia Giuffre over claims she was raped and sexually assaulted by Andrew when she was 17.
The royal has come under intense scrutiny over the claims and over his friendship with paedophile financier Jeffery Epstein.
Andrew, who is not facing any criminal charges, ‘categorically’ denies Ms Giuffre’s claims against him and is thought to be keen to make a return as a working royal.
However, according to sources close to him, Prince William sees his uncle as a threat to the Royal Family and doesn’t intend to let him return to public life.
The 39-year-old, who is second in line to the throne, is said to have been involved in crisis talks with his grandmother and father – The Queen and Prince Charles – over the decision to suspend Andrew from public duty.
It was also reported that Andrew’s siblings – Charles, Anne and Edward – also ruled out his return to public duty at a meeting in January.

Prince Andrew was pictured making the most of the autumnal weather this morning, enjoying a horse ride around the grounds of Windsor Castle.
The Duke of York, 61, who lives at the Royal Lodge just three miles away from the Berkshire residence, appeared in good spirits as he donned a blue coat and helmet for his journey, accompanied by a female groom.
His early morning ride comes after a royal expert claimed sheltering Prince Andrew at Balmoral and ‘privately funding his fight against US sex abuse lawsuit’ is damaging the Queen‘s image.
The Duke is being sued in New York by Virginia Giuffre, now 38, who claims he sexually abused her on three separate occasions when she was 17 — in London, New York and on billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein‘s Caribbean island.

This Opens the Door for Homosexuals and Lesbians to Enter the Church as Members, Because These People Will Tell the So-called Church Leaders That You Have No Authority to Keep Us Out of the Church as Members Because the Bishops and Priests and the King and Queen Have Not Obeyed God’s Word in Both the Old Testament and New Testament by Allowing Divorce and Remarriage and by Being Divorced and Remarried Themselves in the Worst Possible Way. The former Archbishop of Canterbury, Robert Runcie, had told Anthony Holden – at the time, of course, unattributably – that the advent of King Charles III would provoke a constitutional crisis.
How so?
The Church of England has never crowned a divorced man as King, and so supreme governor of the Church, let alone one who has publicly confessed to adultery – with the relevant woman, also a divorcee, sitting beside him, expecting (whatever the Palace may say in the meantime) to be crowned Queen.
This, said Runcie, would require a revision of the Coronation Oath, which in turn would require a new statute of Parliament.
Given the convention that Parliament does not debate the Monarchy without the Monarch’s consent – it is his or her Government, after all, not ours – this would require the Prime Minister of the day to go and seek the new King Charles III’s permission to debate whether or not it felt able to crown him.
All that is yet to come, and who knows where we will find ourselves by then.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked radiant in a bold red ensemble as she joined TV presenting duo Ant and Dec at an addiction awareness event in London.
Kate, 39, donned a pleated scarlet midi skirt and a matching fitted turtleneck for the engagement at the BAFTA headquarters in Piccadilly, accessorising with towering Ralph Lauren point toe pumps and a £295 micro-handbag from DeMellier.
The event, hosted by drug and alcohol dependence charity the Forward Trust, was hosted by Ant and Dec and saw the Duchess deliver a keynote address in which she said ‘anyone’ can become an addict.
‘Addiction is not a choice. No one chooses to become an addict. But it can happen to any one of us. None of us are immune,’ Kate said, launching the charity’s ‘Taking Action on Addiction’ campaign.
‘Yet it’s all too rarely discussed as a serious mental health condition. And seldom do we take the time to uncover and fully understand its fundamental root causes.’
Ant, who has received treatment for drink and drug addiction, was supported at the event by his wife, Anne-Marie Corbett. Dec attended with his wife Ali Astall.
