Will local fans be allowed into Tokyo Olympic venues? This is a question still being tossed up by the Tokyo organizing committee and its president Seiko Hashimoto.
Most of the expected income from ticket sales in the amount of $800 million will be lost and the government is faced with making up the difference.
The postponed games are scheduled to open on July 23rd.
