A foul-mouthed Brooklyn bigot, after hurling racial insults at a Black mother of two, dumped red pepper flakes on the face of the woman’s infant daughter during a hate-fueled spree in a local pizzeria, police said Wednesday.
The unprovoked white attacker swore at the 35-year-old woman before shaking the pepper into the face of the mom’s 5-month-old daughter. The Black woman, a single mother and licensed realtor, said the unhinged assailant’s vile rant targeted both her kids. She asked that her name not be used out of fear of retaliation.
“She said ‘F— your baby, n—-r,’” the woman recounted Wednesday to the Daily News in her Brooklyn apartment. “To my 4-year-old, she called him a n—-r and said ‘Get out of this country.’”
The mom said she was holding the infant in her arms and paying for the pizza when the woman entered the business — and instantly exploded in a racist rage.
“I said she must have Tourette’s,” said the mom. “I walked away and she threw the red pepper in my baby’s face … I was very shocked because it’s New York City.”
The mother was also accompanied by her 4-year-old boy when the female assailant marched into the pizzeria to deliver her message of hate as the Black family enjoyed a day out around 5:20 p.m. last Friday.
“I didn’t even make eye contact with her,” recounted the mom. “When I was paying for the pizza, I heard someone talking outside the store. The woman … came up behind me. I picked up the pepper and threw it back at her.”
