WATCH: White couple ‘who beat a black hotel clerk and called her an old monkey’ dance and blow kisses to Black Lives Matter protesters as they arrive at court

Philip Sarner and Emily Orbay, a white couple from Long Island, New York, danced and blew kisses to Black Lives Matter protesters (left) on their way into court for charges stemming from a June 2020 assault on Crystal Caldwell, a black hotel clerk (right). During the alleged assault, Sarner allegedly called Caldwell ‘an old monkey.’ “It’s gonna be a long, long time that I don’t stop dreaming about his stepping and kicking, stepping on my head. It’s going to be a long time,” Caldwell said outside the courthouse.
