White official is ousted from city commission after refusing to use black female professor’s doctor title in passive aggressive back-and-forth during Zoom meeting


Tony Collins was removed from his position on the Greensboro, North Carolina zoning commission after refusing to address Carrie Rosario by her doctoral title during a public meeting. Carrie Rosario, is an associate professor at UNC-Greensboro who holds a doctorate in public health.
