Bad news: Major water damage, house/guest house, uninhabitable. Good news: Was given keys to incredible accommodations at the Riley Center/SWBTS for as long as I need to stay, no charge! I love it when the church acts like the church & we behave as a family. Joy unspeakable! Thx. https://t.co/gZmaDxCjWg

Grateful for prayers, moral & practical support offered from Dr Greenway & others. Currently awaiting info from insurance co, that will answer lots of questions. Greatest current need is for wisdom in navigating the trifecta of pandemic pastoring, uninhabitable home, relocation. https://t.co/gZmaDxkJ4I

Many families in the Metroplex and across Texas are dealing with home issues including pipes bursting and flooding their homes, rendering them uninhabitable. One of those affected is @pastordmack. Just spoke with @vmckissic1 and offered our support and our prayers. Pray for them.

I knew there had to be a redeeming virtue somewhere to Dr. James Boyce. Today, I found it.🤗 Hopefully, the day will come when men like, Fred Luter, HB Charles, Kevin Smith, Walter Strickland & Curtis Woods, wlll be celebrated in SBC life. Grateful for George Liele recognition. https://t.co/G3SeklRnZ1

The bad news is, Boyce would not have permitted me to enter the Riley Center, except as a custodian. Dr. Greenway invited me to choose my accommodations. I barely finished with a MTS at SWBTS. Yet, the hotel manager & an assistant professor greetings to me today: “Dr. McKissic.” https://t.co/G3SeklRnZ1
