Join us for our upcoming series throughout February called Theological Thursdays. We want to celebrate and study the Black Voices Who Shaped Our Theology….we want to celebrate the works of Black men in the theological and historical circles. Theological Thursdays will take place each Thursday at 7pm online via YouTube and Facebook.

Our lineup of speakers kicks off Feb. 4th with Dr. Tim Fuller. We will follow up with Dr. C.J. Rhodes. II of Mt. Helm Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi and Dr. Maurice Pugh of New Life Fellowship in Arlington and our own Dr. Wm. Dwight McKissic, Sr.

Each Thursday we will delve into the lives of leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Malcolm X, and others who shaped the theology of the Black church like Bishop C.H. Mason, William J. Seymour, Dr. Tom Skinner. Dr. E.C. Morris, Rev. Richard Allen, Dr. James Cone, and more!

Pastor Dwight McKissic Sets a Great Example and Apologizes to Virgil Omaha Walker

A few weeks ago, I responded to Virgil, in an over the top manner, because I felt as if Virgil was calling out a friend of mine, unfairly. I then called out Virgil’s lack of standing to make such a call, based on the ethnicity of his employer.
