This Georgia Dad Should Not Have Been Charged ‘After Beating a 20-Year-Old Man he Found in his 14-Year-Old Daughter’s Bedroom, Knocking Out his Teeth and Firing a Gun as the Intruder Fled’

Ismael Casillas, 41 (left), has been charged with aggravated assault for allegedly beating up Keywontrezes Humphries, 20 (right), knocking out several of his teeth, and firing his gun after finding the man in his 14-year-old daughter’s bedroom in Georgia on July 4. Investigators said if Casillas had not used the weapon and let Humphries leave, he might have avoided criminal charges.
