Former NASCAR Racer Candace Muzny Dies in ‘Accidental Drowning’ at Her Oklahoma Home

Former NASCAR racer Candace Muzny’s untimely death at her home in Oklahoma was ruled an “accidental drowning” by a medical examiner, according to a report.

Muzny’s cause of death was initially investigated as suspicious after her body was found at the Ski Island abode Monday — just days after she was released from jail for allegedly attacking a cop during an incident at a nail salon, KFOR.com reported Wednesday.

The 43-year-old ex-pro driver was arrested last month after she allegedly punched a manicurist for not speaking English, then sliced the responding officer with a knife, the local station reported.
