The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is looking into the 215 cases of breathing illnesses reported by e-cigarette users. The e-cigarettes are reported to contain THC, the mind-altering substance found in marijuana. The public is being warned not to buy vaping products off the street as investigation is still ongoing.
