Whenever I think of Blue Bell Ice Cream, I’m taken back to the hot Florida days I spent at my grandparents’ house with vanilla ice cream dripping down my tiny hands as I savored every bite of the classic ice cream sandwiches. Hearing about the creamery’s latest flavors recently was no exception to this rule.

“We have made many flavors that combine cookie or cake pieces with ice cream, Blue Bell’s executive marketing and advertising director, Joe Robertson, said in a press release. This, though, is the first time they’ve combined the two and unfortunately, it’ll only be available for a limited time.
