Violent Protests in France Are Bigger Than Anyone Thinks and Macron is in Over his Head

Paris riot police fired tear gas and rubber bullets near the famous Champs-Elysees boulevard against “yellow vest” protesters who are staging another weekend of demonstrations against Emmanuel Macron, the French president.

Donald Trump tweeted: “Very sad day & night in Paris. Maybe it’s time to end the ridiculous and extremely expensive Paris Agreement and return money back to the people in the form of lower taxes? The U.S. was way ahead of the curve on that and the only major country where emissions went down last year!”

Riot police are currently charging protestors on the celebrated street, in the heart of the French capital, as protests take place in a series of French cities.
