Controversial comedian Samantha Bee who last year described a CPAC attendee as having “Nazi hair” because of the way his head was shaved due to having stage 4 brain cancer, is now attacking ICE agents on her TBS series “Full Frontal” with “Christmas on ICE.”
In a video promoting her upcoming special, Bee displays a Nativity scene being raided by dolls dressed as Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
“You know, Christmas is a time for families, even those families that we’ve separated, which is why I’m spending this Christmas on ICE,” Bee says in the video.
“Our special will raise money to help bring immigrant families back together, and we’ll have all the traditions you’ve come to expect — joy, the border wall, special guests, the birth of the Christ child,” continued Bee, who in a previous interview with NPR’s Terry Gross described what it was like growing up with a mother who’s Wiccan and an atheist father while she identified as a Christian.

Bee also mocks first lady Melania Trump’s 2017 Christmas decorations in the video promoting her upcoming special.
Earlier this year, she publicly apologized to Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter and senior adviser, after she used a vulgar slur offensive to women to describe her on the TBS series in response to family separations of immigrants entering the U.S. illegally under the Trump administration.
I would like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to my viewers for using an expletive on my show to describe her last night. It was inappropriate and inexcusable. I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it.

The Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy last summer led to children being separated from their parents or the traffickers who crossed the U.S. border illegally with them in tow. However, families who arrived at U.S. border entry points seeking asylum were not being separated from their children, officials said.
