Leah Remini spectacularly quit the Church Of Scientology in 2013 after being a member for 30 years.
And on Wednesday, the producer of documentary series Scientology And The Aftermath told LaPalme Magazine she is ‘harassed constantly’ by members of the church ‘trying to intimidate’ her, DailyMailTV can exclusively report.
‘People on our show are harassed constantly, especially me,’ said the 48-year-old comedienne.
The Kevin Can Wait actress told the magazine, ‘Members of the Church go to my mother’s restaurant, confront my little sister, and my step kids in San Francisco, trying to intimidate us.’
She added, ‘These abusive scare tactics are what they call a religion!’
The celebrity’s Emmy Award-winning A&E show exposes the church beloved by Tom Cruise and other Hollywood stars, created by the late science fiction author L. Ron Hubbard, who died aged 71 in 1986.
