Bishop Earl Carter, leader of The 7000 Club broadcast, stirred up debate this week when he spoke out against Bishop Marvin Winans allowing a female minister, Jacqueline McCullough, to preach at his Perfecting Fellowship International Holy Convocation last week.
His video titled, “A Bishop Must Have a Male Organ,” is below. He addressed other ‘wrong theology’ in the broadcast, but his remarks about Winans and McCullough begin at around the 33:00 minute mark.

Marvin Winans is the founder and pastor of Perfecting Church in Detroit, MI. He is also the president-elect of Perfecting Fellowship International. The fellowship’s Holy Convocation was held May 21 – May 26th.
Earl Carter was ordained by the Church Of God In Christ in 1969. He has traveled and preached for over 40 years as an evangelist in the denomination. He has been married for over 30 years to his wife, Beverly, and they have five children and four grandchildren.
