Officials in New York have reportedly foiled a potential terror plot. The New York Times reports that two brothers were arrested on Thursday in the Bronx on suspicion of building an explosive device. One of the brothers, Christian Toro, is a former high school teacher in Harlem and was arrested on Jan. 31 on rape charges. According to the criminal complaint, Toro and his brother Tyler paid students to destroy fireworks and preserve the powder that comes out.
