President Trump’s former national security adviser, Michael Flynn, will reportedly plead guilty on Friday to lying to the FBI about a conversation he had with the Russian ambassador last December.

The plea indicates that Flynn is cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into possible Russian collusion with the Trump campaign in the 2016 election.

According to CNN, Mueller has charged Flynn with “willfully and knowingly” making “false, fictitious and fraudulent statements” to the FBI.
