Eric and Lara Trump announced the birth of their first child, a son they named Eric “Luke” Trump. The baby, born Tuesday, is President Trump’s ninth grandchild.
Eric Trump, the president’s middle son, announced the news on Twitter, the same venue where he announced the pregnancy back in March.
“LaraLeaTrump and I are excited to announce the birth of our son, Eric “Luke” Trump at 8:50 this morning,” Eric Trump tweeted.

Eric Trump, 33, is the third child and younger son of the president and his first wife, Ivana.
His older brother Donald Trump Jr., 39, and his wife, Vanessa, have five children. Sister Ivanka Trump, 35, and her husband Jared Kushner, both White House senior aides, have three children.
The president also has two younger children, Tiffany, 23, whose mother is his second wife, Marla Maples, and Barron, 11, with his third wife, first lady Melania Trump.
Ivanka Trump tweeted congratulations. “Welcome to the world, baby boy. I can’t wait to meet you,” her tweet read.
