16-Year-Old Boy Facing Murder Charges After Allegedly Pushing Mother From Second-Story Window After Parents Plan Divorce

A 16-year-old boy is facing murder charges, accused of pushing his mother out the window of their Farmington Hills home.

The teen has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly killing 35-year-old Nada Houranieh, his mother and a personal trainer at Franklin Athletic Club.

Prosecutors say the teen threw her out of a third-floor window of their Farmington Hills home on Howard Street.

The incident happened early Monday morning as the teen’s two younger sisters, ages 12 and 14, were in the house. Prosecutors say the mother was found lying on the pavement.
