Lance Gross — known for his clean-cut role on Tyler Perry’s “House of Payne” — plays a pimp named Dino in TV One’s “When Love Kills: The Falicia Blakely Story.”

“I needed to break out of the lane that I was in because I was so comfortable,” Gross told Page Six.

“It was one of those roles that I may need therapy for . . . I had to detox and I had to pray a lot. I had a very small argument with my wife. I said something that Dino would say. It was not me. I was like, ‘Wait . . . let me chill out. This is not me!”
