LISTEN: Hide the Word In Your Heart #8 with Danyelle Elizabeth Breedlove Whyte

Charles Spurgeon said, “Oh, to have “the Word of Christ” always dwelling inside of us;—in the memory, never forgotten; in the heart, always loved; in the understanding, really grasped; with all the powers and passions of the mind fully submitted to Its control!”

The Scripture verse we are going to hide in our hearts today is Matthew 5:11-12 in the King James Version:

Matthew 5:11-12 says:
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Holy Father God, we pray that all people would hide God’s Word in their hearts and that all people would trust Christ as Saviour. Amen.

God loves you. He loves you so much that he sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for your sins. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” If you are not yet saved and would like to be, all you have to do is pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart today and He will.

God bless you!
