As the program Covenant Journey is wrapping up its last tour of the year with students in Israel, the television series Why Israel Matters is airing an episode called “Footsteps.” It gives the incredible opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Jesus in the Holy Land and join with Covenant Journey students who experienced first-hand the incredible power of this beautiful nation. The episode will air this week, starting tomorrow, with host Mat Staver, who is the Founder and President of Covenant Journey and Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel.

Staver provides an extraordinary experience to those sitting at home, along with Covenant Journey students who are experiencing the Holy Land. This group is hand-picked Christian, college-age students who are leaders on their campuses and in their communities. Covenant Journey provides a life-changing experience with the goal to strengthen their Christian faith and equip them to be goodwill ambassadors for Israel. Covenant Journey students have come from over 230 colleges and universities. In this episode, you will see historic sites in Israel as you follow the journey of these young leaders.
