The son of a Baltimore police officer killed in 2007 was fatally shot in Northwest Baltimore.
The Baltimore Sun reports (http://bsun.md/2odsRSg ) that 22-year-old Trayvon Chesley was shot in the head behind an apartment complex at about 11 p.m. on Friday. It was the third shooting in the area in a single day.
Chesley has been identified as the son of detective Troy Lamont Chesley Sr., who was killed while off duty in a shooting in 2007.
So far this year, there have been 90 homicides in Baltimore.
