Two teen girls fell to their deaths Wednesday from a beachfront hotel while on spring break in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Daniela Flores, 16, and Amber Franco, 17, were on the top floor of the Camelot By the Sea Hotel when they fell from the balcony, news station WMBF reported.
Flores hit the parking deck on the tenth floor of the hotel, and Franco plummeted to the second floor Dunkin Donuts.
The girls were dead when emergency responders arrived at the scene around 4 p.m.
Myrtle Beach Police spokesman Joey Crosby told WMBF that foul play isn’t suspected in their deaths, but the investigation is still ongoing.
Both teens were enrolled in honors classes at Myrtle Beach High School, where counselors will be made available to students, according to news station WBTW.
