Malone, author of “The Joshua Dilemma”; and Bobby E. Mills, author of “American Society: Upside Down”. The purpose of this show is to feature wholesome faith-based books, to encourage you to buy these books for yourself and for others and to see lives changed for God’s glory.

First up today is Priscilla Shirer, author of “The Prince Warriors”

Here’s a little information about Priscilla Shirer

Priscilla Shirer is a homemade cinnamon-roll baker, Bible teacher, and bestselling author who didn’t know her books (The Resolution For Women and Fervent) were on The New York Times Best Seller list until somebody else told her. Because who has time to check such things while raising three rapidly growing sons? When she and Jerry, her husband of sixteen years, are not busy leading Going Beyond Ministries, they spend most of their time cleaning up after and trying to satisfy the appetites of these guys. And that is what first drove Priscilla to dream up this fictional story about the very un-fictional topic of spiritual warfare—to help raise up a new generation of Prince Warriors under her roof. And under yours.

Now, here’s a short description of the book, “The Prince Warriors”

The battle is real.

As brothers, Xavier and Evan are used to battling each other. But now they’re discovering that there is a much bigger battle going on all around them. And it’s their turn to fight. Based on Ephesians 6:10–18, The Prince Warriors is the first book in Priscilla Shirer’s epic new series that brings to life the invisible struggle ensuing in the spiritual realm. Xavier, Evan, and their friends have typical lives until they enter a mysterious land called Ahoratos. There they meet their guide, Ruwach, who offers wisdom and direction as the kids’ initial adventure begins—an adventure filled with armor and danger and a very real enemy.

Written by New York Times Best-Selling author Priscilla Shirer, The Prince Warriors series was created for middle-grade readers and will include the fiction trilogy as well as Unseen: The 365 Prince Warriors Devotional and the Unseen app.

What better way to help children learn the power of prayer and the importance of being ready for spiritual warfare than with a realistic story. Priscilla and her co-writer Gina Detwiler present a beautifully written story that is on point and completely understandable for upper elementary and middle school kids as well as high school students. Your child will come away with a better understanding of God and the believers place in the kingdom and in the world. We highly recommend this book.

Next up is Rayford E. Malone, author of “The Joshua Dilemma”

Here’s a little information about Rayford E. Malone

Ministerial and leadership visionary, Dr. Rayford E. Malone has been shaping and rebuilding churches for almost two decades. His pastoral roots began in the Butler community outside of Fairfield Texas in with a small 15-member congregation. Currently Dr. Malone serves as Senior Pastor at the historic Greater Beulah Baptist Church located in Southeast Alabama where they are seeking to “Build the people who shape the world.” Due to his unorthodox style and his attempts to engage the millennial generation it has caused a “new thing” in the body of Christ as He seeks to incorporate every generation into the worship styles inside and outside the four walls of the church. Throughout the years, Dr. Malone has sought to inspire the church to reach its maximum potential in Christ as it seeks to equip, train, and send out new spiritual leaders with a fresh mindset as they find their purpose and direction in life. In his spare time, he has written several books. The first published book was a co-authored work entitled: Boys to Men: A Guide for African American Boys. His subsequent published works include Positioned for Purpose, On The Outside Looking In: Discovering God Through Broken Relationships, Everybody Can’t Climb This Mountain, and The Joy of Being Stuck on Pause.

Here’s a short description of the book, “The Joshua Dilemma”

The Joshua Dilemma is designed to show the errors of the past in ministry succession and to enlighten the church so that we will not repeat the past mistakes in this dying world. Church and ministry succession can no longer be left up to chance. As the sun sets on this dying world, the Church has been engrossed in the spiritual rebellion of Korah. We have become a church that everyone fights to control but only a few truly have the anointing and leadership skills to steer into the future.

Now, here’s a brief review of the book, “The Joshua Dilemma”

If you are a ministry leader or are seeking to turn your ministry over to capable and competent hands, this book is perfect for you to understand the process of ministry transition and how to train and mentor servant leaders to reflect God’s grace and plan for the church and the community. Using the life of several biblical characters, Malone defines leadership and succession and helps you to build up a generation of faithful leaders who can steer the church successfully into the future. Next up is Bobby E. Mills, author of “American Society: Upside Down”

Here’s a little information about Bobby E. Mills

Bobby E. Mills received his Bachelors of Divinity degree in theology from Colgate-Rochester Crozer Divinity School and his PhD degree in sociology from Syracuse University. Dr. Mills is an Opinion-Editorial-Writer for The Houston Forward Times newspaper.

Now, here’s a short description of the book, “American Society: Upside Down”

The 2016 Presidential election flipped American society upside-down and inside-out spiritually, morally, and above all, exposed America’s White Privilege Oriented underbelly. Moreover, the entire world-community witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly side of America’s historic struggle to live-up to the true spiritual meaning of the Preamble, as well as, the U. S. Constitution.

On July 26, 1920, H. L. Mencken, The Baltimore Evening Sun wrote: “As democracy is perfected, the office of the President represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last, and the White House will be occupied by a downright fool and a complete narcissistic moron.”

Democracy is for a spiritually enlightened and formally educated citizenry, simply because justice is a spiritual-moral concept. And above all, God is not a God of Civil Rights, because morality cannot be legislated. Seemingly White Nationalism is the prevailing mindset of the future of the world. Even Western European Nations have become victims of this satanic force. God hates racism. Remember, it was this ungodly mindset that gave rise to the “Master Race Concept” (Hitlerism); even against other European nations, because White was not White enough. In fact, the slogan “Make America Great Again” is coded phraseology for the White Nationalist Mindset. “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief” (1 Timothy 2:15). Stop this insanity. God has the Last Word, because “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein” (Psalm 24:1).

Now, here’s a brief review of the book, “American Society: Upside Down”

During the 2016 presidential election, many people gave their opinions about the candidates and the issues being debated. Obviously many people did not see eye to eye and voiced their disagreements in sometimes violent tones. Bobby Mills give his take on the presidential election and urges all people to return to a foundation of morality and ethics in thought and deed. We highly recommend this book.

Remember, if you don’t know Christ as Saviour, John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” If you want to trust Christ as your Saviour, believe in your heart that he died, was buried, and rose from the dead for you. Pray and ask Him to come into your heart today, and He will.

For the saints, “Keep looking up for your redemption draweth nigh.”
