European foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini expressed concern on Monday over the Trump administration’s proposed cuts in U.S. foreign aid.

Speaking at an international nuclear policy conference, Mogherini said a significant reduction in U.S. foreign assistance would destabilize major parts of the world and hurt the United States’ own security.
