Shocking Moment Pastor in Nicaragua Apparently Casts Demon Out of Possessed Girl Caught On Tape

Disturbing footage shows a 13-year-old girl being held down by her family while screaming in agony in an apparent exorcism.

Filmed in the deeply Catholic country of Nicaragua, the video shows a priest trying to expel ‘demons’ from the ‘possessed’ teen.

In scenes similar to the Oscar winning film The Exorcist, the youngster is pictured trashing around in a rage with her family struggling to handle her.

The girl started to hear strange voices and figures prompting the family to call the priest, reports El Diario de Hoy.

Most religions claim that humans can be possessed by demonic spirits and offer exorcisms to cast out the evil.

The Vatican first issued official guidelines on exorcism in 1614, and revised them in 1999.

According to reports in Nicaragua, the 13-year-girl was also taken to see a witch doctor who prescribed potions to treat her.

The local church is still investigating the harrowing case.

Last week, shocking footage emerged showing students screaming “the devil is going to take me” after playing an ouija board on a mobile phone app in Columbia.

Roughly 20 students were “possessed” after using the app that “called up spirits of the dead” in Lloro, Columbia.

The students, who are said to be members of an agricultural school, were taken to a health centre and later to a church, it is claimed.

Francis Salamanca Martine, the mayor of Lloro, said: “They are fainting, shouting that devil was going to take them with him.”

He added that doctors were “not able to find a scientific reason for their behaviour”, the mayor added.
