Trump Says U.S. Is Fighting ‘Sneaky, Dirty Rats’ In ISIS But Insists ‘We’re Going to Win’

President Donald Trump said Thursday that the ISIS terror army are guerrilla warriors without uniforms – ‘sneaky dirty rats’ whom the U.S. will defeat.

President Donald Trump said Thursday in a television interview set for evening broadcast that the ISIS terror army is comprised of ‘sneaky, dirty rats’ – and predicted his administration will crush them.

Trump described the world’s most noxious jihadis as guerrilla fighters without uniform or insignia, making them a tougher but not unbeatable foe.

‘We have evil that lurks around the corner without the uniforms,’ Trump told Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity, saying that makes America’s counter-terrorism task harder.

‘They’re sneaky, dirty rats and they blow people up in a shopping center. And they blow people up in a church. These are bad people!’ Trump exclaimed.

‘When you’re fighting Germany and they had their uniforms; and Japan, and they had their uniforms; and they had their flags on the plane, and the whole thing; we are fighting sneaky rats right now that are sick and demented.’

‘And we’re going to win,’ the president declared.

Although he is still in his first week governing, Thursday’s interview marks the third time Trump has staked his reputation on obliterating the murderous fanatics who aim to turn the world into a Sharia-compliant caliphate.

‘We’ve been fighting these wars for longer than any wars we’ve ever fought,’ Trump told a room full of CIA officers and employees on Saturday,.

‘We have not used the real abilities that we have. We’ve been restrained,’ he lamented about the protracted War on Terror that has surpassed officially ‘declared’ wars in length and cost.

‘We have to get rid of ISIS. We have to get rid of ISIS,’ Trump said. ‘We have no choice.’

‘Radical Islamic terrorism, and I said it yesterday, has to be eradicated. Just off the face of the earth. This is evil.’

Trump told a capacity crowd of 400 that unlike ‘wars between countries’ whose genesis can be easily understood, the depths of Islamist rage at the root of the ISIS terror campaign ‘is something nobody can even understand. This is a level of evil that we haven’t seen.’

On Wednesday he told ABC News that the United States should adopt a tougher posture against ISIS and other radical Islamists.

‘When they’re shooting – when they’re chopping off the heads of our people, and other people; when they’re chopping off the heads of people because they happen to be a Christian, in the Middle East; when ISIS is doing things that nobody has ever heard of since Medieval times; would I feel strongly about waterboarding?’ he asked in an Oval Office interview.

‘As far as I’m concerned, we have to fight fire with fire.’

Trump told ABC’s David Muir that implementing a program of ‘extreme vetting’ for people entering the U.S. from terror-prone countries couldn’t inflame anti-American tensions any higher than their current levels.

‘There’s plenty of anger right now. How can you have more?’ he said. ‘The world is a mess. The world is as angry as it gets.’

With respect to the Syrian refugess program that Trump derided for months as he campaigned for the White House, he was adamant that national security should override humanitarian concerns.

‘People that come in, in many cases – in some cases with evil intentions, I don’t want that,’ he said.

‘They’re ISIS. They’re coming under false pretense.’

Trump has pointed repeatedly to gruesome video footage that shows ISIS fanatics killing their enemies – mostly other Muslims – in horrifying fashion.

One mass-execution video that surfaced this week shows captured Iraqi soldiers and prisoners accused of spying. ISIS fighters shoot some in the head and cut others’ throats.

The blindfolded victims are dragged into a northern Iraqi town square before breathing their last as a baying crowd watches.

In another videotaped execution, a man has his hands tied behind a tree before an extremist dressed in black cuts his throat.

The video is titled ‘Punishment for the Traitors.’

In other footage released this year, children are shown holding handguns and executing grown-up prisoners lined up in orange jumpsuits.
