
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is giving the Hollywood Foreign Press Association a piece of his mind.
The Golden Globe nominations were revealed on Monday, and once again, Power was shut out. The continued snub of Starz’s most popular show wasn’t met positively by the show’s executive producer and star 50 Cent, who didn’t understand why the series hasn’t been recognized.
“I’m on the move again, the Golden Globes can suck a d—,” the Grammy-winning rapped wrote on Instagram after the nominations were announced. “I accept my series POWER was not intended to be a signature show for the network but it is the highest rated show. I know my audience very well, I’m done promoting this out side of contractual obligations. SEASON 4 KANAN MUST DIE, I got other sh– to do.”
Despite record-breaking ratings, Courtney A. Kemp’s crime drama has failed to land any major awards recognition. Earlier this summer, during season 3 of Power, Starz renewed the series for two more seasons.
