Sunday Dinner Recipe: Baked Chicken, Broccoli and Rice


This family-friendly casserole features great taste and quick and easy preparation – it’s a winner.


1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pinch paprika

How to Make It

Step 1

Set the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Stir the soup, water, rice and broccoli in an 11x8x2-inch baking dish. Season the chicken. Place the chicken on the rice mixture. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika. Cover the baking dish.

Step 3

Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Season to taste.
