Newt Gingrich declared tonight that Donald Trump has the ability to win a higher percentage of the black vote than any other Republican in modern times.
He told O’Reilly Factor guest host Eric Bolling that Trump’s outreach to African-American voters is unlike any Republican before him.
Trump is visiting a black church in Detroit tomorrow, but that has received some scrutiny for a report that the interview is being heavily scripted.

Still, Gingrich declared, “If he continues to say and if he has the courage to go back to places like Chicago and say itt, I think he’s gonna get far more votes from the black community than any Republican in modern times.”
