The FBI will be sending notes about its interview with Hillary Clinton to members of Congress as soon as Monday amid GOP frustration that the Democratic presidential nominee was not charged criminally.
Clinton sat for a 3½-hour interview with FBI agents during the Fourth of July weekend to discuss accusations that she sent and received classified material on her private email server.
She was not under oath and there was no transcript, but the FBI took notes during the conversation that Congress can now see, CNN reported on Sunday.
FBI Director James Comey declined to recommend criminal charges against Clinton, despite finding she was “extremely careless” with sensitive material.
