Josh Duggar Sued By DJ Whose Picture he Allegedly Used On Ashley Madison, Twitter and OkCupid to Conceal his Identity

The cheating scandal saga continues on for Josh Duggar …

The former “19 Kids and Counting” star is being sued by an unassuming DJ-photographer named Matthew McCarthy, whose image was apparently used by Josh as a front on multiple websites during his cheating escapades.

Seems Matthew could be seen as Josh’s main photo on Ashley Madison, Twitter and even OkCupid.

According to TMZ, he’s suing Josh for, “wrongful use of his image, and for damages.” According to McCarthy, he’s received “harassing messages.”

Josh got caught being unfaithful to his wife Anna Duggar in August 2015.

A hack exposed that his credit card was linked to an account on Ashley Madison, a site specifically created to help married men find women for affairs.

“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever,” he said in a now-revised statement on the Duggar family’s website. “While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.”

News subsequently broke that the 28-year-old had molested five girls when he was a teenager, and soon after, he entered rehab.

The religious Christian family’s popular TLC reality show was swiftly canceled.
