Misty is a Mrs.! Ballet dancer Misty Copeland married her longtime boyfriend, Olu Evans, on Sunday, July 31, her manager confirms to Us Weekly.

Copeland, 33, and the attorney tied the knot at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach, California, in front of 100 guests. The bride wore an Inbal Dror gown and donned Christian Louboutin shoes.

The couple exchanged vows overlooking the ocean and were surrounded by a beautiful assortment of pink hydrangeas and white roses.

Copeland and Evans got engaged in August 2015. “I can’t believe my life right now,” she told Essence magazine at the time. Copeland also opened up about her wedding dress plans with Vanity Fair that same month.

“I’d like to show my figure, somewhat — romantic and elegant. I don’t think I want to go super poofy or anything like that,” she said. “It’s very different for a performer, a ballerina, someone who is on stage a lot and wears big costumes. So it’s not like this is my chance to be that way, because that’s something I do every day, almost. I want to feel like myself — but more beautiful than I do every day.”
