The National Black MBA Association Inc. has moved its headquarters from Chicago to Atlanta after a nearly 50-year run in the 2nd City.
The NBMBAA® hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate this milestone in the organization’s legacy of excellence in the creation of educational opportunities and economic growth for African-Americans.
The NBMBAA was founded by MBA students at the University of Chicago 46 years ago.
The National Black MBA Association® is one of the largest professional member-based organizations in the country, serving more than 9,800 members across 45 professional chapters, with the largest of those chapters being located in Atlanta.
Its annual conference, which draws average attendance of more than 10,000, has been hosted in Atlanta five times, leaving a combined economic impact of over $55 million, while connecting thousands to viable employment opportunities offered by more than 300 corporate partners.
