John Kerry to Visit Brussels and London for Talks on Brexit

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will fly to Brussels and London on Monday for talks with EU and U.K. leaders on the fallout from Britain’s vote to leave the European Union.

American officials traveling to Rome with Kerry said the two stops had been added to his European itinerary at the last moment, according to an Agence France-Presse report.

“Tomorrow we’ll go to Brussels and then on to London,” one official said.

Kerry arrived in Rome Sunday for a planned meeting with Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni. He was also scheduled to meet over dinner with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
