Hillary Clinton told “Good Morning America” that if she is elected president, she would establish “a dedicated team” that is “exclusively” tasked with tracking suspected lone wolf terrorists and preventing attacks, such as the shooting at a nightclub in downtown Orlando on Sunday morning.
The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee said the team would work to strengthen communication with tech companies to help spot suspicious online chatter before possible attacks.
“We’ve got to really double down on our efforts here in this country, and that means also getting the Congress to do something on the common-sense gun measures, because that’s not a separate issue,” she said.
