Kirk Cameron Takes “Love Worth Fighting For” Tour to Churches Encouraging Christians to Do Marriage God’s Way

Kirk Cameron

Christian actor, producer and evangelist Kirk Cameron is touring churches across America encouraging Christians to do marriage God’s way.

Instead of advising husbands and wives to steer their mates down the “right” path, he admonishes each spouse to worry about carrying out their own biblical duties in marriage first and foremost.

In his “Love Worth Fighting For” national marriage tour, Cameron has set out to share his biblical secret for a happy, fulfilling and God-honoring marriage — showcasing Scripture, as well has his 25-year marriage to fellow-actor Chelsea Cameron.

Cameron — who broke into the entertainment industry as a child star actor in ABC’s popular sitcom Growing Pains in the 1980s — entered the Christian film industry since then. He has played leading roles in faith-based movies including the Left Behind series and Fireproof, which encourages Christians to use biblical tools to strengthen their marriages. He is also known for his Way of the Master television program, where he takes evangelism to the streets as the show’s host.

A recipe Book for successful marriages

In his seventh year on tour to help build biblical marriages, the devoted father of six has now reached more than 200 churches, stressing the importance of husbands and wives opening up the Bible — approaching it as a divine instruction book for a godly marriage.

“A lot of people don’t know that marriage comes with instructions,” Cameron told The Christian Post. “And, we find them right there in God’s Word.”

He maintains throughout his teachings how important it is for Christian couples to have God-centered marriages that are strengthened by God’s Word so that they are built to last.
