‘Dog Whisperer’ Won’t be Charged With Animal Cruelty

Cesar Millan will not be charged with animal cruelty and the investigation into the “Dog Whisperer” and National Geographic Channel star has been closed, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

An investigation was launched a month ago when a clip from Millan’s Nat Geo series showed a pig being attacked and injured by a dog at his training center.

Despite the allegations, NatGeo quickly came to its star’s defense, issuing a lengthy statement that claimed viewers were not able to see the full context of the encounter that occurred between the pig and dog in question. The network, which also released an extended clip of the incident in question, said he was “confident” that the allegations would be dropped.
