Gallup Poll Shows Americans Worry ‘a Great Deal’ About Race Relations

Americans’ concerns over race relations are at the highest point in 15 years, according to a new poll.

Thirty-five percent say they worry about the issue “a great deal” in the Gallup survey released early Monday.

That result is up 7 points from last year.

In 2014, just 17 percent answered in similar fashion.

Gallup questioned 1,019 adults from March 2 to 6 for the new poll, which has a 4 percent margin of error.
