Answers in Genesis leader Ken Ham says the ministry is legally allowed to include a religious preference under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
“It would be no different to say an atheist group, an atheist group is not going to employee a Bible-believing creationist Christian like me to be head of an atheist group. It’s not going to happen,” Ham tells OneNewsNow.
