50 Cent’s former Connecticut residence, a lavish, 21-bedroom, nine-kitchen, 50,000 square-foot mansion has finally found a buyer. The massive estate, which previously belonged to Mike Tyson, was pulled off the market for $8 million, according to TMZ. The price, which took a $10.5 million cut from its original price, was placed on sale in 2007. The rapper declared bankruptcy in 2015, so there may have been more haste to take the property off his hands.
It was previously reported that 50 Cent spent quite the pretty penny on the huge oasis. Clocking in at a $17,400 mortgage, other bills were also costly, including the $14,200 utility bill, $1,500 pool maintenance charge and $5,000 gardening expenses. After placing the home up for rent back in August, 50 also purchased a new home in Africa, though his plans for the new residents have not been divulged.
