Google CEO Sundar Pichai has been awarded restricted stock worth about $199 million.

That makes him one of the top paid executives of a publicly traded U.S. company this year, according to Bloomberg.

Pichai received 273,328 Class C (GOOG) shares on Feb. 3, the Internet giant reported in a regulatory filing on Friday. The shares will vest in quarterly increments through 2019 if he remains as CEO. A previous stock award granted before he was promoted to CEO of Google vests in 2018 and is now worth some $250 million. In all, Pichai’s stake is worth about $650 million.
