One of two women caught on video groping and twerking on a man in a gas station in Northeast D.C. has been arrested in what police call an incident of sexual abuse, sources tell News4.
Video released by the Metropolitan Police Department on Monday shows a man waiting in a checkout line when a woman in front of him backs up against him and dances. When the man backs away, a second woman follows him and appears to grope him several times.
The man walks away as the second woman advances, but she follows him for several minutes, grabbing and touching him, the video shows.
The women shown wearing revealing dresses “used force and grabbed [the victim’s] groin and buttocks multiple times in a very aggressive manner without his permission and without his consent,” a police report says.
